EGG TART !
Ingredient A
500g flour + 1 tbsp of custard flour
1 1/2 cup of margerine
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp shortening
Egg
Essence vanilla
Ingredient B
1 cup of evapourated creamer
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of custard flour
4 eggs
Yellow colouring + Vanilla essence
How to Prepare the Pastry
Mix them till it structures just like bread crump + egg
Bakes for 10 minutes at 180 celcius .
How to Prepare the Filled/Custard
Mix them and filter then . Bakes for 5 minutes after the custard heat on the stove .
